What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer two types of Local Courier delivery options:
1. Standard Courier Delivery from our warehouse to your address.
2. Pargo Delivery which delivers your parcel to a local pickup point of your choice. (Pick n Pay, Clicks, BP etc.)

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Standard Courier delivery takes between 2 to 3 working days to main centers and 2 to 5 working days for outlying areas.

Pargo delivery takes between 2 to 5 days to your local pickup point.

How Do I Track My Order?

On shipment we’ll send you a tracking number and tracking link to track the progress of your delivery.

How Do I Place an Order?

Ordering is safe secure and easy to do. Just add your kool products to the shopping cart, continue to checkout, fill in your delivery information and continue to the payment processor.

We use safe and secure off-site checkout payment processing via Payfast.
You can use your Credit Card, direct EFT or even Bitcoin.

Once payment is confirmed we get immediate notification of the transaction. We process transactions within one business day from order confirmation.
